Who is BonusProgramme.com?

Bonusprogramme.com is the customer incentive arm of dbcgroup.ie. Only account customers who receive and purchase from the Discount Office Products catalogue will be eligible for this special program. When does the Programme end?

The programme is amended at the end of each year (31st December), where opon gifts and Bonus points required for gifts will be adjusted. So, be sure to log on regularly for the latest update. Your personal page will indicate the number of days left to claim your gifts and the points required.

DBC Group Company Ltd also reserve the right to delete or substitute any item on the Bonus Programme without prior notice. From time to time, we may add specific gifts that will be available for a set time period. The period that these gifts will be available for will be indicated on your Home page.
Gifts are awarded subject to your account falling within the credit terms of 30 Days. Customer accounts outside these terms will not be eligible to redeem gifts
All contracts initiated over the web shall not be deemed in effect untill the Promotor (DBC Group Company Ltd) has reviewed and agreed the stated terms.

How do I claim?

Simply log on to www.bonusprogramme.com, enter your user name and password. Your personalised home page will appear.Here you will see the number of points that you have accumulated to-date. You will be given an option to redeem those gifts that you have collected suffiecient points for.
To claim simply click on the 'Redeem' button and proceed with the claim process. Alternatively, pick up the phone and call us on Callsave 1850 246 346 quoting your account number and password. Your gift will be delivered to you by post within 7 days. (Subject to your credit status been in line with agreed credit terms)

How do I use this web site?

Firstly, you must register with us whereupon we will set up a 30 Day credit Account for your company and forward on your own private password and company account number. If you are already a DBC Group customer that buys from our Office Products discount catalogue, simply call us on 1850 246 346 to activate your account.
Then, simply log onto the web site to view your Personal page. Here you will see the total sum of points claimed to-date along with a record of any points that you have redeemed. But that’s not all, you will also see opportunities to accumulate Extra Bonus points and save on certain Office Products on offer.
To select a gift category of your choice, simply click on the 'Redeem' button to claim. (This button will only become active when you have accumulated enough points to claim your gift.)
You will then have the option to choose the delivery address for this gift which you should receive within 7 working days (Subject to credit terms).
To avail of the opportunity to accumulate Extra Bonus points, simply select the Special offer and you will receive the Extra Bonus points plus the points allocated for the specific order value.
Please Note: Bonus points associated with a special offer product will be awarded immediately, however, the points that are awarded due to the value of the purchase will only be accrued when the next site update is carried out.

How are my points calculated?

Bonus points are calculated as follows:
For Every 1 Euro that you purchase (Excluding VAT) we will award you 1 bonus point. The sub totals are the analysed as follows:
Previous Balance: This is an accumulation of points based on your year-to-date purchase figure from the 1st January of that particular year to the end of the previous month in question. This figure will include all purchases (less credits) that have been posted to your account. Example: When checking in July, the previous months year-to-date figure up to the end of June will be your Previous Balance total.
Points Accumulated this month: This is the total of your points on purchases (less credits) that have been posted to your account on the month in question.
It is important to note that the web site is updated twice monthly and only those purchases/credits that fall before the last update (Date indicated on your Home page) will be shown on your statement. Any purchases/credits made after this date will be indicated on the next update
Bonus points: You receive extra bonus points when you elect to avail of the Special offers. The “Bonus points” allocated for each Special offer will vary according to the offer and the awarded points are indicated beside the special offer in question.
These points are in addition to the points awarded for the purchase value, less the VAT of course!
However, bonus points for special offers are added in "real time" and your account is updated (with bonus points only) immediately. Points for the order value will be added at next update. Should you cancel a “Special Offer” the appropriate Bonus points plus the order value points will be deducted accordingly.
Redeemed Points: This is a running total of all the points that you have redeemed to-date. (Between the 1st January and 31st December of any one year).
You can get a breakdown of your redeemed points by clicking on Manage My Profile on your personal page. Total Points: This is the sum of your “Previous Balance” plus “Points accumulated this month” plus “Bonus points” less “Redeemed Points
